Pictures: Jennifer Crawley Shorn lambs attract bidders war AT Oatlands, Roberts Ltd yarded an outstanding line up of 9200 mainly shorn lambs which opened to ex- tremely spirited bidding from the outset. This trend continued throughout the sale and if anything strength- ened as the sale progressed. Some 2000 lambs were purchased by Victorian buyers, while the bal- ance were snapped up by North West Coast and Central North fat- teners. Roberts' next lamb sale is sched- uled for Thursday February 17. This will be a top quality yarding, featuring large lines of Border Leicester Merino x ewe lambs.
