Farmers and other small business operators will be able to compare banking products, loan rates and portability options when considering switching banks. The publication, called the NFF Agribusiness Monitor, will be released online after each Reserve Bank of Australia rate an- nouncement. It will shadow RBA movements and track re- sponses from the major banks and other financial institutions. The National Farmers Federation's Jock Laurie said the NFF Agribussin- ess Monitor will shed light on bank rates and prod- ucts. ''Transparency or lack of it when it comes to agribu- siness loans has long been the bugbear of farmers,'' Mr Laurie said. NFF Agribusiness Moni- tor can be accessed at http://www.canstar.com- .au/ aNEW LOOKfor an OLD MATE !
