This year the company will be giving away an MS170 chainsaw. Come in and grab an entry form. Site 106, on First Ave Feed without frustration NIFTY: Feed is available only when chickens stand on the platform. GRANDPA'S Feeders will help you overcome many of the frustrations in keeping chickens. If you've got chooks then there's a good chance you're tired of pests such as wild birds, rats and mice stealing their food. Add to this, you're tied to feeding them daily or else getting friends or neighbours to do so when you're away. The solution lies in Grandpa's Feeders, which have proved themselves for more than 15 years in New Zealand where they were designed. The device allows chickens to get feed only when they stand on a platform that opens the hopper lid. The feeder also allows chook owners to go away for weekends or longer without worrying about feeding their hens. The standard-size feeder holds 9kg of feed and the large feeder 18kg, which will feed 20 chooks for six days. The feeders are made of high-quality galvanised steel, so they are totally weatherproof and long-lasting. The standard feeder sells for $195, the large for $275 (both plus p+p), and will soon pay for themselves in saved food. Site 08-06 in the CWA Grove 2012 Support Camp Quality at the Coles Picnic Area.
