FRUIT GROWERS' CONFERENCE: The Fruit Growers Tasmania conference will be held at the Hotel Grand Chancellor, Launceston on May 18-19. The theme of this year's conference will be Getting to Market. The berry conference is on May 18 (morning session) along with marketing (afternoon session). The cherry and stone fruit seminar is on May 19 with guest speakers including international researcher Marlene Ayala from Chile. Field days will be held on May 17 (berry) and May 20 (cherry).
